"My strengths?  Audiences tell me that I make difficult ideas easy to understand.  I'm a scientist by training, but I think in pictures and I try to think simply!   I love it when others connect with what I’m saying which probably accounts for why so many 'educator' type roles have found their way to me!  At school I was often told-off for having a grasshopper mind, but I’m thankful for this creative ability that allows me to add interest, clarify ideas and bring a new perspective to my subject, whatever it is.

My philosophy?  That’s quite simple too: Blend reality with a good dose of humility and add a pinch of humour.  Most people are still with me at the end and some even want more, so I guess it works!"
